"Quality-oriented education" under the education reform in full swing has beenfully implemented. In recent years, we in the field of Chinese teaching, the languagediscipline more tools and more humanistic view is differ, but the humanity more andmore people think more. We Chinese pay attention to language teaching has beengradually from the surface to deeper thinking and human development. Prefer Chineseteaching "take the student as the main body". Composition teaching is a veryimportant part of Chinese teaching, but also attaches great importance to by thegeneral language teacher.Under this form, the maslow’s need theory together with the students’psychological characteristics and application in the thesis teaching, will inevitablymake students improve writing level, please make a composition teaching lowefficiency. I read in a lot of pedagogy, psychology and composition teaching strategyof books and periodicals, combining his own practice experience, beginning in theperspective of psychology to research the composition teaching, and puts forward aseries of corresponding targeted strategy, hope has the practicability andmaneuverability.In our usual there are pitfalls in composition teaching, namely the students’writing as a literary creation, by the standards of the literary creation to asked thestudents, ignore the psychological characteristics of students, the result cans beimagined, or derivative, or trouble made, or empty. There is also a myth is a teacher toteach students a lot of writing skills, let the students pay attention to the accumulationof skills and despise, this was a violation of students psychological law ofdevelopment of behavior caused by the consequences is self-evident. In compositionteaching at ordinary times, we is not hard to find the students’ interest and motivation,emotion and emotional experience, will has a great influence and habit of writing. Inthe composition teaching pay attention to the psychological characteristics of students,not only can improve their writing level, and to promote the healthy growth of bodyand mind, make it a comprehensive development of useful person to society.The language teacher in composition teaching at ordinary times should be good at discovering students writing psychology demand, for the unhealthy psychology ofwriting should be corrected, so that they have good psychological condition, to write acomposition to lay a solid foundation. Based on students’ psychological characteristics,I put forward the following three composition teaching strategy: strategy, stir up thestudents’ interest and motivation of writing composition teaching strategy. Strategy2,fully mobilize students’ emotional experience of composition teaching strategy.Strategy3, strengthen the student writing will, cultivate good habits of compositionteaching strategy. In composition teaching at ordinary times, we is not hard to find thestudents’ interest and motivation, emotion and emotional experience, will has a greatinfluence and habit of writing. In the composition teaching pay attention to thepsychological characteristics of students, not only can improve their writing level, andto promote the healthy growth of body and mind, make it a comprehensivedevelopment of useful person to society.
