On The Countermeasures Of College Students’ Employment Of Physical Education Professional In Gansu Province

At present, the university graduates employment problem of P.E. department inGansu province has become prominent, and the employment situation is notoptimistic. It has become an important issue concerned by the entire P.E. departmentin Gansu province how to obtain effectively employment information and how tostrive to seek countermeasures, according to the characteristics of the physicaleducation graduates. At the same time, it has become one of the hot spots studied byexperts. The main contents of this paper are to understand the current situation ofuniversity graduates of P.E. department in Gansu province, to find influencing factorsof graduates’employment and to look for a solution.The main research methods adopted by this paper contained the literatures,investigation, interview and statistics. The practical significances of this paper are toimprove the systems of teacher education by the ways of survey and analysis on thepresent employment situation of university graduates of P.E. department in Gansu, toprovide reference basis for the reform of the model of training men for P.E.department in Gansu province, to raise the personnel training and employment qualityof P.E. department in Gansu province, and to promote the further development ofGansu’s sports work.Currently, about the employment problems of university graduates of the P.E.department in Gansu province, the main research include the educational system, theeducational scheme and employment education and studied the problems as a whole.Few studied the problems within the internal system of physical education. On thebasics of previous experience, this paper reinvestigated the layout of graduates of theP.E. department. The aim is to provide conference for the related organizationsmaking some polices.Conclusions:1.The employment expectation of the graduates is higher. The graduates haveambitious ideals and aspirations, were filled with the confidence and hope for theirfuture, and have a strong sense of job. They can take the initiative in collecting somejob wanted information, and broaden their job channels as far as possible.2.The graduates’ career orientation tends to be utilitarian. Many graduates of P.E.department pay more attentions to the immediate interests, and have highly claimed tothe job position in society. But the job situation is very serious at this stage, the statusof university graduates job difficult problem will persist, job disparities that existbetween the ideal and reality forced the graduates to experience stress and frustrationcannot be avoided.3.The special teachers badly needed by the primary and secondary schools inGansu are in the field of basketball, track and field, aerobics, football, martial arts,table tennis, and volleyball. This shows that in the process of running P.E. department the universities should adjust the constructs of sport items to meet the brightgraduate’s needs of the employment market.4.The knowledge constructs of the primary and secondary sport teachers areunbalanced, and their overall quality needs to be improved. The graduates’ abilitiesexpressed as having a higher sport skills, at the same time having a lower research andinnovative ability, and their skills of English and computer operating need to befurther strengthened.5.The society has a high degree of need to the graduates’ basic knowledge,multidisciplinary, overall quality and stronger ability. This fully embodied thenecessity of the educational ideas of wide range and thick foundation.6.The most graduates’ employment intention of P.E. department in Gansu isbecoming a school teacher. Because the intense competition in the senior middleschool, the primary and junior high school becoming a ideal choice of the graduates.The graduates’ demand for the wage is basically in line with the level of the currentwage status quo of Gansu province. In additional, the graduates’ demand for theprofessional counterparts is decreasing, and even gives up.7. Faced with the current situation and the social needs of the strengthening thesense of employment, we should establish the perfect employment service system,improve the employment management mechanism, strengthen the education ofemployment, and cultivate the ability of employment. Only so, we can hope toprovide some theory and methods support for the graduates of the P.E. department inGansu province in the aspect of employment opportunities.
