In the severe employment situation, the fact that "farmers of the second generation"undergraduates are more difficult is neglected in a sense. From their special psychologicalcharacteristics and employment situation, this article combines with related research ofpsychological capital and job satisfaction, takes job search behavior and personalityanalysis model as the theoretical foundation, and uses both the standard research andempirical study methods to discuss the relationship between psychological capital andinitial employment satisfaction of the2012session "farmers of the second generation"undergraduates. The direct purpose is to verify the job search behavior’intermediary role inthe positive effect from psychological capital to initial employment satisfaction, and thefinal goal is to put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to psychologicalhealth education and employment guidance for college.Base on the existing scale and characteristics of "farmers of the second generation"undergraduates, this study formulates questionnaire about psychological capital, job searchbehavior and initial employment satisfaction of college students. Through two times’questionnaire investigation,228fitting data are collected and then reliability analysis,correlation analysis, main and mediating effect analysis are conducted with the help ofSPSS16.0and AMOS7.0. The main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) Psychologicalcapital includes self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience, sense of responsibility andambition;(2) Psychological capital and initial employment satisfaction of "farmers of thesecond generation" undergraduates are positively correlated, in which self-efficacy, hope,resilience and sense of responsibility all have positive influence to initial employmentsatisfaction;(3) Job search behavior serves as an mediator in the relationship betweenpsychological capital and initial job satisfaction, namely, and job search behavior hassignificant mediating effect between self-efficacy, hope, resilience and sense ofresponsibility and job satisfaction.
