In 2018,the Ministry of Education announced that the number of new graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in the country reached 8.2 million,far higher than the level of previous years,the scale of graduates across The difficulty of employment is becoming more and more prominent,the employment of college students is difficult to come from the comprehensive role of external environmental factors and individual factors,external environmental factors include: macroeconomic policy,employment policy,institutional barriers and so on,and the individual's own factors include: individual employment ability,employment attitude,psychological quality and so on.Because the external environment factor is difficult to change through the individual's subjective initiative,so the study of college students ' employment problem needs to start from the individual self-factors.Luthans,a psychologist in the 2004,put forward the concept of psychological capital,Psychological that psychological capital is an effective resource to enhance individual competitiveness more than economic capital and social capital.Therefore,from the perspective of psychological capital,this paper studies the influence of college students ' psychological capital on employment performance,and probes into the intermediary role of job search behavior.Based on the theory of psychological capital,the theory of planned behavior and the theory of career development,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis from the angle of psychological capital of college students,according to the previous research and related investigation.Taking the psychological capital of college students as the independent variable,representing the internal psychological ability of college students,taking the employment performance of college students as the cause variable,representing the efficiency of college students to find a job and the satisfaction of the work,and adding job search behavior as the intermediary variable and the external employment environment of college students as the adjustment variable.By designing the questionnaire and carrying out a series of statistical methods,such as distribution recovery,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the hypothesis put forward in this paper is verified,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Psychological capital has a significant positive effect on employment performance and job search behavior;(2)The different dimensions of psychological capital have a significant positive effect on employment performance and job search behavior;(3)Job search behavior has a significant positive effect on employment performance;(4)Job search behavior plays an intermediary role between psychological capital and employment performance;and(5)The employment environment plays a regulatory role between job search behavior and employment performance.Finally,based on the conclusion of this paper,the countermeasures to improve college students ' employment performance are given from three aspects of improving college students ' psychological capital,motivating college students ' job-seeking behavior and fair social employment environment.
