As the level of urbanization in China continues to increase,more and more rural surplus laborers have shifted to cities.They are scattered in various fields and have become an indispensable and important human resource for China's urban modernization.Safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers and improving the happiness of migrant workers has also become a hot topic of discussion in recent years.In particular,as employers,many companies have begun to attach importance to the welfare of migrant workers,and corporate unions regularly organize activities to enrich their lives.With the increase in income,some families of migrant workers are more willing to take their children with them,and the relocation of families has become commonplace.The migration rate of children of migrant workers has been on the rise,approaching the rate of staying at home,and their life education and other issues have also become the focus of Chinese society.At present,many children of rural migrant workers have never lived or rarely lived in their hometowns.Their living conditions are completely different from those of their parents.This has led to a great gap between parent-child values,state of mind and knowledge.Furthermore,due to the scarcity and dislocation of their respective time and the changes in the environment in urban life,parents and children rarely communicate in their studies and life,which also has an impact on parent-child relations.For this kind of shock,many families of migrant workers do not have the ability to resolve.The wrong way will only make the parent-child relationship worse and worse,or even cause a crisis.In cities that lack support from their hometowns,they are most closely associated with migrant workers,and the ones that can help are their companies.However,few companies are concerned about the family relations of employees,especially migrant workers.On the one hand because the company does not have a sense of service,on the other hand there is no professional ability.Therefore,for enterprises,the role of corporate social workers is very important.In-depth migrant workers inhabit communities,investigate and study their needs and the community in conjunction with migrant workers to provide the services they need to help solve parent-child problems.This study uses a case work approach to intervene in the parent-child relationship between migrant workers and their children,relying on structured family therapy models to improve the migrant workers' awareness of their parental responsibilities,and provide effective parent-child relationship counseling for clients.The study not only aims to solve the problem of parent-child relationship among migrant workers,but also enables social work methods,especially corporate social work,to be further developed in the service of migrant workers.
