Under the background of building a harmonioussociety in our country, social work as a professional to solve social problems, to promotethe development of society, to help social vulnerable groups and maintain social fairnessand justice has played a positive role. Medical social work is an important branch ofprofessional social work, It’s designed to help patients and their families, make them outin the process of medical disorder, and produce all kinds of social problems are resolveddue to illness. The author began worked as an intern in a hospital in dongguan,guangdong province in July2012. During the internship, the author setting in a sectionoffice of hospital, at the same time, learning from the nearby colleagues. Through thecase study interviews and participatory observation, collected some typical cases. In thisthesis, the author through descripting of two typical inductrial injury cases involved inprocesses, analysis the theories, the roles, adhere to the value of ideas and so on asapplied. Obtained some conclusions. The medical social worker in involved in the caseof inductrial injury, can form a complementary relationship with staff who single diseasetreatment. In the process, social worker can achieve the goal of self-service, western casework pattern does not match with China’s national conditions, and also need to makeadjustment, there is a great influence by the objective environment in hospital.
