With the development of the society and people’s requirement for the quality of education, thebalanced development of education is very important. In this context, many schools layout adjustment,thus has produced many consolidate schools. Many experts to study the consolidate school, found that theconsolidate school has a lot of new problems appeared in the process of development, mainly on theteachers and students. Mainly reflected in teachers’ professional development lag, job burnout phenomenonis serious; students’ scientific literacy development is not comprehensive, lacking psychological quality, etc.This study on the two consolidate schools to on-the-spot investigation, and found that the twoschools though objectively exists some typical problems of consolidate schools, but these problems did notaffect their development. This two schools according to own actual developed its own development path,and the focus of H school is teachers’culture, the focus of L school is students’culture. This two schoolsaccording to the students and teachers as the main body of the school culture construction way to planningthe development of the school. The two paths towards quality really contributed to the school? Respectively,this study designed a teacher culture scale, scale and school students culture development scale, measure ofthese two schools, then the SPSS20for recovery of data collection and analysis. Found both H schoolteacher culture is still L school students to the development of the school culture has a positive role inpromoting, notably the teacher culture for the promotion of school development effect is most obvious, thestudent culture.Through the above empirical studies confirmed the school culture of teacher culture and studentculture development indeed plays a promoting role for the school, At the same time this research throughlogical thinking and field demonstration of the two schools school culture development the importantpromoting role to the school, through empirical and reveals the dialectic school culture to the important roleof school development.The development path of the two schools, so as to give the merged school some suggestions for thedevelopment of the school, also is can according to own actual development of the school culture, andachieve the goal of school quality development.In both school culture in the process of investigation, can clear see H school teacher culture and L theschool of the generated path of student culture, found some similar culture generated path, thus concludesthat the basic rule of school culture generated path.
