In the era of economic globalization, science and technology innovation become aessential factor of the adjustment of global industrial structure and power source ofupgrade. Promoting industry-academy-research cooperation is the most effective way totransform knowledge into technology, and therefore enhance the enterprise innovationability, the construction of national innovation system, the formation of collaborativeinnovation of industry, effective mechanism becomes the key to promote scientific andtechnological innovation ability in our country. But at the moment in China view ofcollaborative innovation of industry, there are still many deficiencies, still unable to turnscience and technology achievements conversion low status.“Innovation ability ofinstitutions of higher learning promotion plan" of the implementation of the requirementsto play important role in the field of national scientific and technological innovation incolleges and universities, surely, the implication in collaborative innovation status ofcolleges and universities, the production performance evaluation in colleges anduniversities has become particularly important.Therefore, this article through the domestic and foreign research status and therelated theory as the instruction, taking Yanshan university as an example, using thecombination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method to study the collaborativeinnovation performance evaluation, and based on evaluation result and some experienceput forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all, the article comb from three parts of Industry-academy-researchcooperation, production performance and production performance evaluation model tocarding the domestic and foreign research status clearing the research idea of this article,clearing the research methods of this article. And then define industry-academy-researchcooperation, industry-academy-research cooperation of colleges and universities,industry-academy–research of colleges collaborative innovation, industry-academy–research of colleges collaborative innovation evaluation, points out that under thebackground of "2011project", study the particularity of industry-academy-research cooperative innovation performance of colleges and universities, and eventually form atheoretical framework of this article.Secondly, Put forward a contribution orientation of industry-academy-researchcooperative innovation performance evaluation index system of colleges and universities,and court the input and output data of Yanshan university in2005-2012, using DEA modeland Malmquist index to analyze the industry-academy-research cooperative innovationperformance of Yanshan university, points out the shortage of Yanshan university, and putforward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Finally, the article summarize some good experience of collaborative innovation ofuniversities, and referring to the evaluation results of Yanshan university put forward thecollaborative innovation suggestions.
