Collaborative innovation is a kind of Integrated and complicated cooperation,innovating and converging resources and factors,which could promote the implementation of the national innovation strategy.Based on the national implementation background of "The Promotion Plan of Universities' innovation ability",vigorously promoting the higher education to combine with Science,Technology,Economy and Culture,industry characteristic universities always serving the national economy,have responsibility to advocate and build innovation alliance.Thus,cooperative innovation partner selection plays a pilot and basic role,and influence the realization of cooperative innovation performance and goals directly.Therefore,the thesis put focus on the basic feature,power source,influence factors,evaluation indexes,selection methods of partner selection for industry characteristic universities' collaborative innovation network.Beginning with defining the connotation of industry characteristic universities and collaborative innovation partners,the thesis establishes the cooperative innovation partnership network framework of industry characteristic universities;analyzes the innovation network feature of collaborative innovation partnership,reveals the main body role of cooperation network relations that industry characteristic universities may have,and discusses main features of the collaborative innovation partner selection.Then,from the perspective of external guidance and internal promotion,the thesis studies dynamic factors and builds the dynamic mechanism model of the cooperative innovation partner selection.Based on power factors of choosing cooperative innovation partners,the thesis mainly studies influence factors of partners that industry characteristic universities choose.Combining with literature review,interviews and survey,the thesis puts forward main influence factors that industry characteristic universities choose and related impact hypothesis,builds the conceptual model of influence factors for collaborative innovation partner selection,using the Structural Equation Model(SEM)to verify the influence factor model and 23 influence factors of partner selection.Finally,the author builds the evaluation index system of cooperative innovation partners.Combining with Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy value method,this thesis presents a comprehensive evaluation model of the partner selection for industry characteristic universities' collaborative innovation and puts forward a kind of subjective and objective joint method to ascertain the weight of evaluation indexes.Based on the connection degree thought,using the improved TOP SIS as a way to determine the selection sort,the research build the comprehensive evaluation model of the partner selection.On the basis of using related data,this thesis takes the industry characteristic university H for example,makes use the model to carry out the comprehensive evaluation and empirical studies.At the end,from the perspective of ensuring synergy effect and goal,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for industry characteristic universities to choose collaborative innovation partner,summarizes four key principles to follow when choosing partners,and builds four safeguard mechanism such as Trust Communication Mechanism,Learning,Communication Mechanism,Interest Distribution Mechanism,and Early Warning Mechanism.From the depth of collaborative innovation carrying out,the thesis also puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions that government departments may do,that is,perfecting legal supervision system,strengthening fiscal supports of the cooperative innovation,and build the service platform for collaborative innovation.
