The Investigation And Analysis On Present Situation Of Sports In Rural Primary School In Yuhong District Of Shenyang City

Physical education is not only the component parts of state education, but alsothe cornerstone of mass sports. In2012, OPINION: to promote the development ofschool sports scientifically, contribute to students’ healthy growth, further strengthenphysical education, which is conducive to good health of students, and improve thecomprehensive ability of students. To realize the modernization of education,integrate resources, build a strong nation of human resources, and cultivate thesocialist constructors and successors of comprehensive ability, it is great ofsignificance to realize national education. Shenyang Yuhong District is the capital ofLiaoning Province, the suburb of Liaoning. It is situated at the boundary of the cityand there is a great deal of difference, compared with five districts in Shenyang city.Education is far less developed; what’s more, it doesn’t belong to4suburbancounties, being in an awkward position.The results of the survey are as follows:1．PE class is better than before, but the teaching plan, preparation of the classand the teaching material is not in good prospect; the leaders in the school who hasinfluenced by education concept were not pay more attention to the PE work,sothere is a situation that the PE class were occupied by other courses. PE teachers donot have enough responsibility, they are casual in classes. Teaching model is singlethat neglect the training of three objects.2. Most PE teachers have insufficiency understanding on physical healthstandard of national student that participate in less relevant training content. Theschool also failed to make an adjustment on PE teaching timely that based on the testdata.3. The proportion of teachers gender is unreasonable, female PE teachers arefewer； the proportion of young PE teachers is higher.it is lack of PE teachers withthe title of senior professional and over. Most teachers are bachelor degree,government employees exists shortage situation, and teacher team is instability.4. It has lager difference in salaries and promotion because of different forms ofemployment in teachers. Sportswear subsidy costs need to be improved and standardized. Class-break setting-up exercise and training were not fitted into thework. Heavy teaching task hindered the improving of PE teachers’ ability andacademic. The teachers have weak consciousness in academic research and no desireto innovate in teaching and researching. It is not optimistic that teachers are notactivity in attend training and further learning out of the school. It is not optimisticthat teachers are not activity in attend training and further learning out of the school.5. Sports equipment and facilities are not perfect in the school.The existingfacilities can not meet the needs of students. Sports funding is not sufficient. Thedamaged of sports equipment were failed to repair timely.6. Class-break setting-up exercise has been guaranteed basically, but thecontents and form are single and students do not attend activity.After-schooltraining do not has a system training program, commando training only before thegame. The launch of sports meeting is worse.The thesis treats36rural primary schools and86PE teachers as researchsubjects. Adopting document research, questionnaire, fieldwork, mathematicstatistics and logical analysis, we investigate and do research into PE situation ofrural primary schools in Yuhong District. We sum up the results of the research withcertain problems, and do research into relevant problems. Based on this, we canconfirm the right direction of development.Designedly, systematically and purposely,we develop PE teaching of the rural primary school in Yuhong District, providingreference value and significance with PE development of the rural primary school inYuhong District.
