Homework is not only an important form of students' learning,but also the main way to feedback students' learning quality and classroom quality.It is an important part of Chinese teaching in primary schools.Students have to complete homework every day.Homework is the carrier that can best test pupils' innovative ability and practical ability.Homework must meet the needs of students' growth.However,in some rural primary schools,the design and implementation of Chinese homework is not optimistic due to the constraints and influence of family economic conditions and parents' cultural literacy.The implementation of the"double reduction" policy has both theoretical value and practical significance for the research on the current situation of Chinese homework assignment and completion in rural primary schools.This study takes a rural primary school and s primary school in District D as the research object,and comprehensively uses the research methods of questionnaire survey and interview to conduct a questionnaire survey on the role,quantity and completion time,content and type,evaluation and feedback of primary school Chinese homework.At the same time,it interviews teachers and parents to understand the expectations of teachers and parents on students' homework.In the investigation,this study found that the primary school Chinese homework has the following problems:the arrangement of homework machinery is single,the content design is lack of hierarchy,and the form of correction is single;Poor completion of students'homework.After analysis,this study believes that the main reasons for the above problems include:the lack of overall design of homework arrangement,the high degree of aging of rural primary school teachers and heavy work tasks;The students' Chinese foundation is weak,which affects the completion of homework;Parents' educational level is limited,and they lack attention to their children's homework.Based on the cause analysis,this study proposes that the design of homework can be optimized to stimulate students' interest;Deepen the communication between home and school to form a joint force between home and school;Strengthen self-study,encourage mutual help and other ways,and strengthen homework evaluation by innovating homework design,enhancing exchanges among various disciplines;Guide parents to participate in students' homework and regularly carry out home school cooperation activities;To improve the quality of Chinese homework in primary schools by means of "pairing" and "setting an example".
