Literacy is an important task of Chinese learning in grade one and grade two of primary school,and it is the basic point of learning Chinese well.Education in rural areas has always been a weak area of national education.Improving the efficiency of literacy teaching in rural primary schools is the premise to improve the quality of Chinese teaching in rural primary schools.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the literacy learning status of lower grade students in rural primary schools in M City,interviewed the literacy teaching status of rural primary school teachers in M City,and investigated the classroom teaching status of lower grade teachers in rural primary schools.This paper investigates the current situation of literacy teaching in rural primary schools,analyzes the problems in the process of literacy teaching in rural primary schools,and explores the strategies of literacy teaching in rural primary schools.Through the research,it is found that there are the following problems in the low-level literacy teaching in rural primary schools: literacy teaching ignores cultural significance;The teaching method of literacy is old and simple;Lack of extracurricular learning in literacy teaching;Literacy teaching evaluation is one-sided and conservative.The reasons for these problems include: lack of professional knowledge accumulation in literacy teaching;Backward teaching ideas lead to outdated methods;Lack of integration awareness of literacy teaching resources;The concept of literacy teaching evaluation is vague.Based on the problems and potential causes of literacy teaching in rural primary schools,this paper puts forward some strategies for literacy teaching in rural primary schools: improving teachers' professional skills in literacy teaching;Flexible use of various literacy teaching strategies;Excavate learning resources and expand literacy channels;Implement multiple evaluation to stimulate learning investment.
