Coaches and athletes attache great importance to the water specialized training and landspecialized training of snowboarding parallel giant slalom. But at present in our countrythe single board parallel giant slalom is in development stage of the project, the researchprocess in many areas is still very slow, some aspects is even a blank. Coaches and scientificresearch the way of land special training content, training methods, application, carried out someresearch and practice, has made some progress. But, about the scientific training, trainingeffect evaluation and supervision timely articles so far. If the training effect of the two methodscannot get a timely assessment and supervision and its inadequacy cannot be improved, we haveto put off the research to next year for the training effect only can be tested in snow period. Andit is not good for the promotion of the snowboarding parallel giant slalom athletes’ technicallevel.Research purposes:By adopting the advanced ISOMED2000、GOOD BALANCE and othertesters, this research has monitored correlated biochemical indicators of the snowboardingparallel giant slalom athletes after their eight weeks of water specialized training and landspecialized training and put forward the improved training plan depending on athletes’ physicalcharacteristics. Besides, we has also carried out the track record and strict supervision and madethe comparative analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of the training in the water and on theland and the reasonableness of the training plan. The purpose of this research is to help thesnowboarding parallel giant slalom athletes accumulate the positive training effect and build upthe training adaptability living up to biological requirements by supervision.Research methods: literature, experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Research results:Research results:1.After eight weeks specialized training, several parts of the snowboardingparallel giant slalom athletes body have improved to some extent. But The flexor and extensorstrength of most snowboarding parallel giant slalom athletes has improved in different degreesability has also increased substantially.2.After eight weeks specialized training, the balance andcoordination of the snowboarding parallel giant slalom athletes have improved to some extentand we find that P<0.05through the statistical method of SPSS, which has considerablesignificance. According to the results, it is suggested that:1. More than a few angular speed measurementsshould be tested so as to further study the muscles strength characteristics and correlations of hipand knee muscle groups in the centripetal contraction mode.2.in the athletes of the wholetraining cycle, the arrangement of the number of biomechanical tests,as much as possible in orderto understand the athletes’ physical condition in time, prevent the occurrence of sportsinjury, guarantee to maintain the best state of training.
