With the approach of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,snowboarding u-shaped field skills have gradually become a new winter sports in China.This event has various forms and develops rapidly.It is a potential advantage event for China to win gold in the Winter Olympic Games.In order to speed up the development of the sport,the effective training methods and means become the urgent demand of the athletes in the non-ski land training.With the increasing popularity of the concept of "core",the core stability training has been proved by research,which can promote the development of athletes’ related quality and the rehabilitation of sports injury.The purpose of this paper is to design a scientific and reasonable training program to lay a foundation for the successful completion of the take-off,air movements and landing on the u-shaped wall,so as to guarantee the achievement of excellent sports.In this paper,a field study of snowboarding events was conducted to explore which method is more effective in improving athletes’ physical fitness and trunk stability compared with traditional strength training.In this study,32 young snowboarders from the Winter Olympic sports school in Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province,were selected as the experimental subjects.According to the results before the experiment,the athletes were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to their gender,and the training plan was carried out for 10 weeks.At the end of the experiment,the data were analyzed and the following conclusions were reached:(1)After the two groups practiced,the athletes of both groups got obvious improvement in the eight-grade Abdominal Bridge Test,which reflects the related physical quality and the trunk stability,but in order to significantly improve the results of the Star Shift Balance Test of the athletes of both groups,it’s Gon Na be a little difficult.(2)after practice,the indexes of the experimental group were improved greatly compared with those before the experiment,including the Bosu Ball half-squat of the female students and the standing jump of the male students,it also shows that core stability training can effectively help athletes improve the basic quality and the ability of body control and stability.(3)after the training,the basic quality of the control group improved a little,but it could not improve the stability of the related area.On the contrary,the core stability exercise is more targeted to improve the ability of snowboarders to control the center of gravity and Balance The snowboarder(4)through the skill test on the trampoline after the experiment,although the control group in the completion of such as somersault,somersault and other movements,compared with the experimental group,the difficulty factor is higher,but the completion quality is not high.The experimental group paid more attention to the coordination and cooperation between the core parts,under the premise of guaranteeing the movement quality,completed the corresponding technology with the smooth and standard movement performance.
