Vocational education is an important part of China’s educational undertakings,charged with the important task of training the grassroots first line of high-qualityworkers, China’s economic and social development is also an important basis for thecompletion of this task lies in innovation, is to reform, more is to promote qualityeducation, increase the intensity of the development of vocational education in China,there lies in reform and innovation, and the promotion of quality education, and at thesame time you want to update the educational concept, highlighting the professionalfeatures to enhance skills training to change the educational mechanism, strengtheningpractice teaching, improve teaching quality, expansion of the job market, and ultimatelyto achieve full employment, and legal education in vocational education, especially thelegal education of young people is to implement the basic strategy of rule of law in thenew historical period, we treat the awareness of the issue should be raised to a new level,this paper combines the problems of teaching practice in vocational education, for thestatus of legal education in vocational schools, as well as the future orientation ofrational thinking.This article first emphasize on the research background and objectives ofquality-oriented education in vocational school, then, breakthrough from qualityeducation’s training objective in vocational school to testify how important andmeaningful of this research. At second part, this dissertation treatise on the system,definition, content of vocational school’s quality education, as well as the problems andshortcomings of it, and then author analysis in detail of the present situation of qualityeducation including technical and ideological quality problems, though case study,explained all the problems of the present situation about vocational education. At theend, author gives the suggestion about how to enhance the quality-oriented education invocational school and which direction shall we heading to, and some new thoughtsabout how to develop the quality education in vocational school in more practical way.
