University Legal Education, Legal Quality Of The Education-oriented

In this paper, quality legal education at college is analyzed and elaborated in three aspects. The connotation and constitution of it are firstly elaborated as well as the link and difference between quality legal education, moral education, law popularization education and law science education. Therefore new idea is revealed in college legal education: Focus on waking up students' ownership awareness of legal; Focus on the coordination and integration of the legal rigid characteristics and the complex and volatile social realities; Combining the education of legal theory and the guiding of students' actively practice; Emphasizing multiple interaction and against the one-way indoctrination; The dynamic procession on the combining of the pre-setting and generation; The plane class teaching turn to the multidimensional legal education; Combining the functions of individual legal education and social service. On this basis, it tells different distinctions of quality legal education and traditional legal education, emphasizes the superiority of the new legal education pattern and further demonstrates the trend that law education develops from knowledge to quality and ability. Finally, oriented by the new education idea and combined with the abundant reforming experience of legal education, this paper discusses the approaches to carrying out quality legal education.
