The Research On Teachers Team Construction In Qin Huangdao Institute Of Technology

The development of the country depends on education, and the development ofeducation depends on the teachers team construction. Compared with other developedcountries, the higher vocational education’s history is shorter in our country. We have noexperience in founding this kind of colleges and the teaching resources also cannot satisfythe rapidly developing higher vocational education. The problems of teachers teamconstruction have become a key factor of limiting the development of higher vocationaleducation.With the flouring development of economy construction in our country，highervocational education as a useful supplement of our higher education has had a rapidadvance. But there are some problems to be solved in these higher vocational collegesupgraded from middle level specialized schools and the teachers team construction are ofprominence. At present，in domestic academic circle，researches on the teachers teamconstruction of higher vocational colleges are rather weak, therefore, the main purpose ofthe thesis is to analyze the problems in teachers team construction and try to find a betterway to construct an excellent teachers team in vocational colleges.This article is based on the studies of human resource management theories and takesQin Huangdao Institute of Technology for the example. Through the literature researchand questionnaire， this research surveyed the teaching resources’ problem of QinHuangdao Institute of Technology, e.g. structure of degrees and ages，the satisfaction ofinspection mechanism, the number of specialized course teachers, and then analyzed theresults deeply. Finally, through drawing lessons from the advanced experience of otherdeveloped countries’ teachers team construction of higher vocational education, itproposed some advices to solve the problems of the teachers team construction of QinHuangdao Institute of Technology.Through studying from the advanced experience of the developed countries’ teachersteam construction of higher vocational education, such as America, Australia, Germany,the research put forward some suggestions:1.establishing a perfect teachers hire mechanism, practicing teachers qualifications admittance system;2.optimizing the teachers troopstructure;3.constructing a high quality specially appointed teachers troop;4.establishing arelatively stable high quality of concurrent job teachers troop;5. improving the teacheroverall quality;6. operating the channel broadly, to increase opportunities that teachertrains and further education of higher vocational colleges;7. establishing the perfect teacherinspect mechanism,comparison teaching appraisal standard to promotes the teachers troopstandards;8. establishing the perfect teacher drive mechanism,stabling teachers troop andpromoting the teachers’research results innovation.The thesis can help optimizing the construction of teachers team in Qin HuangdaoInstitute of Technology and it also gives the suggestion for other vocational colleges.
