This article aims to micro-power perspective to Foucault’s analysis of theoperation of the power relations of the Hui village, in order to interpret the dailybehavior of the Hui village farmers.The article will take Beizhao village which is ahui village located in Langfang city Hebei province as an example to analyse thepower strategies and the micro-power relations under these stratiges with fieldresearch approach. In order to affirm the feasibility of the top-down analysis, we canexplore the operation pattern of the micro-power relations in rural life. What’s more,daliy behaviors of the farmers in the ethnic villiage can be constructed based on themicroscopic view of power. The article was divided into six parts:The first chapter is an introduction that introduces the opinions aboutmicropower from the traditional western society to Foucault. Then it analyses thelocalization of micropower and research ideas and methods are including as well.The second chapter describes Beizhao village with its geography, population,economy, history, and so on in details concerning the reality of field research. It alsodescribes the present situation of the fieldsThe third chapter firstly makes four usual power strategies of village committeeby analysing the different power relations and strategies it used when it facesstate andvillagers:bug-using,identity-sustaining,level-monitoring,consanguinity-using.Then,itstates the problems that are caused by the uneven distribution of resources. At thesame time, it reveals the main way of resisting the village committee by the villagersis the verbal oppositon which has the features of briquettability, diffusivity andirrationality.The fourth chapter states the reinforcement technique of all-pervasive religious right and it indicates the shortage of this kind of technique is the limit ofrange-controlling with the example of Islam in Beizhao village. The disciplines ofpower of the village committee and Islam in this village are very complementary.The fifth chapter analyses various kinds of power strategies which are used byvillagers in Beizhao village depended on the research of interactions of hui and hannationalities in daily life. It mainly includes conflict avoidance between the twonationalities.Finally, the conclusion that there are certain rules to follow to analysis ofmicro-power relations.from the original starting point of the power of the main poweroperation inference, summary of the strategy and technology of power operation, topredict the behavior of farmers; more than theory from micro-powerperspective onthe day-to-day behavior of farmers to construct, to discuss the motives of farmers,while analysis of the feasibility of the path of the power of "bottom-up" operationsanalysis.The article concluded that as the mandatory words, a kind of powerfulrelationship, and a comprehensive force, powers does not only have political andnational meaning at the macro level, it also exists in various fields of our sociallife.According to the proficient practical of various social strategies (or skill), socialbehaviors have successfully achieved the cultivation of their own activities andeventually a relatively stable micro-power relations had been formed and such kind ofpower play important role in the daily interaction of those social behaviors. Theresearch of the national power should be started at the lower degree to the upper ones.
