A Study On The Role Of Government In The Development Of Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges

As the main body of training high-quality skilled talents with high sense of social responsibility and strong historical mission,the healthy and sustainable development of vocational colleges has provided the necessary human resources and technology for Guangdong's economic and social development and regional industrial structure upgrading.service.Therefore,under the premise of the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,how to better promote the development of vocational colleges in GuangdongProvince,improve the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve Guangdong and serve the local economic development are quite important.Besides,the government plays an important role in the development of vocational colleges,thus,for the development of higher vocational colleges in GuangdongProvince,the role of government research is imminent.This paper combines the research method,the theory and the practice with the literature method,the historical research method and the social investigation method,and follows the logic thought of asking questions,analyzing the problems and solving the problems.From the perspective of public management theory,the author analyzes the role of government in the development of higher vocational colleges in the aspects of educational legislation,overall planning,management and supervision,and financial investment,and studies the development and summarization of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,which is the development of Guangdong to meet the needs of the total economic structure,professional structure and gradually adapt to the needs of Guangdong's modern industry.The passage also pointed out that although the Guangdong Provincial Higher Vocational Colleges has provided great power for the local economy and the development of vocational and technical colleges in Guangdong Province,the development of government functions due to the deviations cause that the role of the government did not fully play,resulting in heavy-scale light quality and the guidance of the professional set is not perfect with the uneven development of vocational schools,the lack of policy guidance in the promotion of teachers as well as the emergence of serious constraints on the health of vocational colleges and sustainable development.The causes of these problems are analyzed,such as the misunderstanding of ideas,the imperfection of relevant policies and regulations and the insufficiency of government's macro-control ability.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some corresponding suggestions on the role of the government of Guangdong Province in the development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of government governance: establishing the correct guiding ideology,perfecting the relevant policies and laws and regulations,Strengthen the overall planning role in order to ensure that the Guangdong Higher Vocational College are able to open a new pattern of development of the times.
