As the popularization and quality guarantee and the healthy growth ofthe basic education of preschool children, preschool education policy of localgovernment and social significance is particularly important.This paper studied the world preschool education present situation and the trend ofdevelopment, governments preschool education policy can become an important indexto measure the development of pre-school education, reference for making the worldrelated policies and implementation experience and lessons learned, to promote thehealthy development of a reference of China’s preschool education.Reform of our country economic system background, differences between urbanand rural difference and regions that preschool education situation is more complex, butit is somewhat insufficient and our existing policies and regulations to control. AlthoughChina has established the education supervision institutions at all levels of government,but in fact the mechanism for the coordination of all departments, guidance andsupervision effect is not very good results.
