With the accelerated pace of modernization, people take more and more attention on education, especially Compulsory Education. At the new century’s first decade, the party and the government basically popularizing nine-year Compulsory Education based on enhanced support for Compulsory Education in rural areas, take the series of actions to improve Compulsory Education in rural schools school conditions,explore the establishment to ensure funding for long-term mechanism, the central and local government organizations, the implementation of a series of special projects and the key support Middle and western "pool area", improve school conditions of compulsory education in rural areas all of the country.Make unremitting efforts, the national rural Compulsory Education school conditions generally been greatly improved to ensure that the rural Compulsory Education "basic nine-year compulsory education "to consolidate and improve the process of education and teaching activities orderly, effective implementation, and for the national compulsory education "double high nine-year Compulsory Education" laid a solid foundation.
