Whether informal learning is how to define,The ultimate goal of raised and studyit is enable the teachers to see beyond existing learning background, to see a majorforce in professional development and understand their own professional growth inthe endoplasmic and prospects.Informal learning make university teachers learn tounderstand and face their own, and take care of others, cohesion to the universityteachers through their respective development and common progress.In collegemature learning atmosphere, formal and informal learning each other should also bemore and more reasonable allocation of their own position in the university teachers’professional development, and to become the driving force of the college teachers’professional development.The research is constituted of four chapters. Chapters one,the introduction,Mainly introduces the background to the study, the status of the study, thesignificance of the study, and the study content and ideas;Chapter two, theoreticalanalysis, defines and analyze the significant concepts as well as the characteristic andtypes of University teachers informal learning, provides the basis for the back ofquestionnaire.Chapter three, Conduct the questionnaire survey on the professionaldevelopment mode of university teachers, and from the three dimensions of theuniversity teacher’s own characteristics, teacher culture and nature of work to studythe teacher’s informal learning. Chapter four, finding out the causes of affectinguniversity teachers’ informal learning, according to the results of survey. Chapterfive,The promotion of university teachers in informal learning more active mainly intwo aspects: teachers aware of informal learning interest and the role in theprofessional development, take the initiative to carry out the purpose and control ofrelatively strong self-direction formal learning; school or organization build acommunity of learning, improve teacher peer support,optimize the learningenvironment provide some support for university teachers informal learning. Finally, Hope the government and education authorities,Called on the government legislationand certification of informal learning; Offers a variety of learning spaces and a widerange of learning opportunities to informal learning, make Informal learning moreattractive.
