In recent years,with the gradual slowdown of China's economic growth,the expansion of vocational schools in China,and the country's increasing emphasis on the development of high-quality vocational education,the problem of student employment difficulties in China's vocational education system has become increasingly prominent.The problem of difficult employment for students in secondary vocational and technical schools is particularly significant.Through field research,it was found that it is not difficult for graduates to find a job,but it is difficult to find a job that is satisfactory to them.Therefore,this article is based on a questionnaire survey,using Wuhu Normal School's graduates who have graduated for half a year in 2019 as an example to conduct an empirical study to analyze how to properly construct an employment satisfaction evaluation system for secondary vocational schools and evaluate the factors affecting employment satisfaction.This article first expounds the policies and documents related to vocational and technical education issued in China to explain the research background of this article and the theoretical and practical significance of studying employment satisfaction of graduates of secondary vocational schools,introduces the current research status and achievements at home and abroad,and explains The core concepts of employment quality such as employment quality and employment satisfaction,as well as the theoretical basis of employment satisfaction at home and abroad.Secondly,in order to understand the real situation of graduates' employment satisfaction,starting from the perspective of employment quality,taking Wuhu Teachers College as an example,the questionnaire survey was used to describe and analyze the employment quality of the school's 2019 graduates.Change,students 'evaluation of job satisfaction is also low.Then,based on the investigation of the employment quantity and quality of employment in Wuhu Normal School,combined with the actual research experience and the four principles of theconstruction of the evaluation system,the three main influencing factors that affect the employment satisfaction of secondary vocational and technical schools are summarized and summarized.The evaluation index system has a four-layer framework structure,and the construction evaluation indexes and survey data are used to evaluate and reverse verify the employment satisfaction of graduates from Wuhu Normal University.Before evaluating and analyzing employment satisfaction,reliability and validity analysis,index quantification of relevant data such as employment satisfaction and its influencing factors,and basic descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire were conducted.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the weight of each index,the comprehensive score of graduates 'employment satisfaction is calculated according to the obtained weight coefficient,and the value of the employment satisfaction index when describing the employment quality is reversely verified according to the calculation result.At the same time,based on the objective attributes of the data,the CRITIC weighting method is used to calculate the index weight of each influencing factor of employment satisfaction to calculate the graduates' evaluation scores of each influencing factor index.Based on the evaluation results of employment satisfaction,we can see that the graduates of Wuhu Normal School are less satisfied with their current jobs.Whether it is individual employment satisfaction or overall employment satisfaction,the value of the evaluation results is low.Judging from the evaluation results of influencing factors of employment satisfaction,graduates have lower evaluation results at the work level,school level and individual level.Graduates believe that the influencing factors at the work level are the most important part of evaluating employment satisfaction,but graduates The evaluation score for this level is the lowest.Through the analysis of employment satisfaction and its influencing factors,it is believed that vocational education talents need to achieve results in meeting individual needs,realizing their own values,physical and mental pleasure,etc.,to prevent work efficiency,job experience,job satisfaction,and future planning.Have a negative impact.Therefore,this article suggests the following:First,employers,schools,and students should take effective measures to cope with external changes in the employment situation,that is,reasonable demand,adapt to education and independent improvement to improve workers' work efficiency and job satisfaction.Second,the government and other relevant departments should also takecorresponding supporting measures to support the employment of vocational school graduates,reduce employment barriers,and achieve a mutually beneficial situation.
