A Research On Psychological Education Of Independent College Students

Nowadays, with the rapid development of global marketization and economy,science and technology has become the key force to decide the future of our nation.College students, as the receivers of higher education, have steadily become animportant component of science and technology force. Hence, quality-orientededucation of college students has gradually become a current research hotspot. Becauseof the new school-running model and operation mechanism of independent colleges, Asthe basis of learning, the psychological quality education of independent collegestudents has an indispensable effect on the formation and development of students’personality and comprehensive quality, that is, psychological quality educationinfluences the formation and development of independent college students’comprehensive quality directly.This thesis researches on the content, characteristics, current state, developmentlaw and measures of the psychological quality of the special studentgroup——independent college students, with a method combining literature analysisand comparative analysis on questionaire. This thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction, mainly posing the problem,and illustrating thepurpose and significance of the research, as well as the research status at home andabroad.The second part is an overview of the psychological quality of college students. Inthis part, the content and characteristics of college psychological quality education isanalyzed with the meaning and content of psychological quality.The third part studies on the formation and current state of independend collegestudents’ psychological quality, by analyzing the features of its formation to investigateand research its current state.The forth part is the analysis on the problems of independent college students’psychological quality, mainly illustrating the subjective and objective factors thatinflunence students’ psychological quality in order to analyze the current problems.The fifth part suggests some measures to enhance independent students’psychological quality education according to the characteristics of independent students’psychological quality.The sixth part is the conclusion. Only by taking congnization of the significanceand meaning of researching on independent students’ psychological quality, andapplying proper methods, can we build students’ noble personality and high diathesis,which are able to lay the foundation for their furture career.
