Along with the development of China's educational reform, the ideology of"people-orientation"has been enhanced. Thus the old topic of the relations between teachers and students regarding the characteristics in secondary vocational schools and the specialties of vocational education has to be re-examed. It's the key point in the development of educational reform along with the time going, and is the core problem in the process of education and teaching. It is also the requirements of healthy psychological development for both teachers and students. And it is the basic guarantee for the existing and development of middle-vocational schools. Thus establishing good relations between teachers and students becomes an unavoidable topic for every teacher and is the necessary requirement for promoting the rapid development of middle-vocational education. We must establish a new type of relations between teachers and students based on the new educational concept to realize the mutual progress and benefits positively.I, as a secondary vocational school teachers, trying to class teachers for secondary vocational schools to adapt to a changing environment, take appropriate measures to explore the functions of the problem change, hope through research, show the class teacher in secondary vocational schools, the status quo of class teacher management work problems, find solutions to the measures, and explore effective ways to change the class teacher functions and methods to further improve the class teacher of management theory so as to better guide the management of secondary vocational school class teacher practice.
