Objectives: Children’s physical health is an important symbol of socialcivilization and progress.Also is our building a well-off society in an all-round way,the important content of building a harmonious socialist society.Yet in science andtechnology and rapid economic development of our country also met a lot ofdeveloped countries for more than20years the physical constitution of children in thecommon problems-declining, especially their physical quality has fallen dramatically,prompted a significant decline in physical activity.Power quality has been animportant part of the study of constitution.Long-term practice proves that power isspeed, stamina, flexibility, sensitive, was the key to children’s physical activity abilitydevelopment and improve quality, to prevent sports injuries also has importantsignificance.In recent years, the core strength training to improve athletes’ athleticability has a considerable amount of research, and its role in improving theconstitution in the general population also gradually aroused people’s concern, andhas already approved the increase of core strength to improve physical activity ability,keep the spine form, control of body balance and prevention of sports injury, childrenin a strong period of growth and development, is also an important period of rapidgrowth of body quality and perfect long-term core strength training helps toeffectively development core muscle strength and coordination, is beneficial to thestability of the spine and pelvis, protect the health of the spine, prevention andtreatment of lumbar spinal cord disease, improve balance and improve the bodyposture [5], improve people’s physical activity and fitness levels.For children oradolescents to strengthen core muscle strength training theory contributes to theirgrowth and ability of the physical activity.But now spent at the sight of this experimental study.Methods: This study USES the method of documents and materials will choosechildren aged9to11(male) and divided into core training group and control group,the core program by using20minutes three times a week physical education for corestrength training, the control to perform normal physical education content, for10weeks.After10weeks again for the determination of each index, relevant test resultsthe two groups before and after the test were analyzed.Results:10weeks after the experiment, by comparing the core training groupand control group each test indicators, you canSee after the core strength training, core training boys physical activity abilityimproved, in which the experimental group boys muscle mass present significantlyincreased (p <0.05);Core training group of boys medicine balls, sit-ups, reaction time,50meters, vertical jump, standing long jump, grip strength index has significantlyincreased (p <0.05), the standing long jump an improved more significantly (p <0.01), indicators no significant change in the control group.Conclusion:(1) for10weeks of core strength training can improve the physical health of theboy, in physical function and quality of6test index significantly increased.(2) the core strength training can improve the quality of the sensitive boy, runback and forth in grades made significant progress.(3) the core strength training to the well and the stimulation of the nerve-musclesystem is larger, expression in lung capacity, choice reaction time, significantimprovement of standing long jump.(4) core stability training can improve the balance of the boy, in close their eyes tostand on one foot run time and5min performance improved significantly.
