From putting forward Practice and Comprehensive Application to subliming theconnotation of Comprehensive and Practice, mathematics comprehensive practicalactivity has gradually been brought to attention. During the recent ten years,numerous educators have carried out a series of theoretical and practical research,which highlighted the good vision of mathematics education. The curriculum reformof basic education has given the new meaning for curriculum and teaching. Primaryschool mathematics comprehensive practical activity is the important product of thebasic education curriculum reform, which has made great influence on mathematicseducation. Due to its comprehensive and practical feature, student s mathematicslearning style and teacher s teaching style have been improved. Expanding the basicactivity experience of students provides a practice platform for mathematicseducation of the standpoint of pedagogy to a certain extent, which make mathematicsand social life be more closely.At the present, primary mathematics comprehensive practical activity oftenstructured around a theme, a good theme-design is the important prerequisite formathematics comprehensive practical activity implementation. This study constructsa theme-design model, called3S-QCDR model, which is based on the investigationand analysis of the current primary school higher grades mathematics comprehensivepractical activity theme-design situation in education practice. At the same time, thepaper will illustrate the implementation step and the principle of3S-QCDRtheme-design model combined with the specific case, in order to provide operationparadigm and some beneficial enlightenment for the mathematics comprehensivepractical activity research. Primary school higher grades mathematics comprehensivepractical activity3S-QCDR theme-design model is designed from the starting pointof curriculum integration, it regard highlight the nature of mathematics knowledge,permeate the correlative culture, and establish the relevance as its purpose. In orderto establish the links between mathematics, social life and other subjects,3S-QCDRtheme-design model mainly makes use of possibility thinking and correlativethinking to create theme-design cases, which take the questions as the center,utilize multiple branches of knowledge as background, and regard the correlation ofknowledge as the clue. The characteristics of3S-QCDR model are problematize,correlation and diversity, the theme contents are made up of a series of questions that have been decomposed, all questions are mutually related to each other, and theevaluation methods of the theme is diversity.This paper mainly divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background, purpose, significance, ideas and methods.The second chapter is the review and the definition of relevant concepts. The thirdchapter is the theoretical basis of this study. Chapter4is the present investigationand analysis of primary higher grades mathematics comprehensive practical activitytheme-design. Chapter5mainly expounds primary higher grades mathematicscomprehensive practical activity theme-design3S-QCDR model, mainly include thebasic connotation of3S-QCDR model, operation principle, theme-design case.Chapter6is the conclusion and reflection of the study, which explains themain idea of this study and further research directions.
