Student management work has important value of moral education. Primary school is an important development of children’s moral consciousness and moral emotion is a key stage in moral behavior development. With Rural primary and secondary school layout adjusting, student management has brought new opportunities and challenges, to explore rural elementary school student management work’s influence on the students moral growth has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.This research selects the student management work of learning management, activity management, life management and mental health education management four main modules as the research breakthrough point. Choosing a removal school Y city S elementary school as the research object, trying to reveal the rural primary school students management work’s influence on the students’ moral growth.For the school adjusting the layout, Student management work has both universal characterization and special problems. Based on S elementary school students’ management work and the correlation studies the situation of students’ moral growth, showing that, after adjustment of the layout of the school, new school student management brought positive and negative effects in students’ moral growth. Mainly as follows:Learning management, to ensure non-examination subjects teaching, optimize the academic form of the focus on learning guidance, at the same time, it still has problems such as utilitarianism, formalization and ignore the value of moral education function of curriculum, which on the one hand, enriches the students’ moral theory knowledge, on the other hand, hinders the students’ in-depth understanding of the connotation of moral common sense; Activity management, enriching in content, the innovation activity form, at the same time, there are various activities, ignore students’ subjectivity, this increases the chances for students to participate in ethical activities and emotional experience, and the other hand, they ignore the students’ body play and moral emotion deeply and completely satisfied; Life management, to increase two modules of the new dining management and the lunch break management, weather steering system enables the bad behavior of the students get effective supervision, but the simple specification constraints and the lack of emotional care cause the students’ moral cultivation in the field limited and the internalization conscious of ethics to conducive; Mental health education management, the new communication mechanism between teachers and students to enhance the students’ sense of belonging in the new school, but because many work has not been effectively started, it also make students’psychological confusion not dredged timely and effectively.To give full play to the guiding role of the students’ moral development, school must pay attention to the value of student management work for the students’ moral development, such as, establishing new learning management mechanism as the core to improve the students’moral cognition level, to enrich students’ moral emotion as the core innovation management mechanism, to develop good behavior habits as the core of perfect life management mechanism, to form a positive mental attitude as the core and improve the mechanism of mental health education management mechanism.
