The development of information technology and the new round of curriculum reform has brought about new opportunities for the development of teachers, it also presents a greater challenge.This requires teachers to learn together, relying on the group strength power to solve the teaching problems to promote their own development, but also it requires teachers have the awareness of with the help of information technology to promote the development of teaching.And this provides a breakthrough for the teachers’ learning community researching. Researching on the documents of the teachers’ learning community, we can find that most of the research are focus on the construction of refional or large of learning community, in fact, teachers’ task is heavy, have little time and lager pressures, so the raising of teachers’ professional level should be started at the daily teaching and researching activities,and the small group based teaching team can pay attention to every teacher.This paper is based on the teaching and researching group as the research object, exploring how to combine the online and reality research task,and the virtual and reality training environments closely,According to the teaching and researching group’s development status build online learning community, realize the sharing of educational resources,promoting the professional development of teachers in the teaching and researching group.First, the author did a discussion on teachers’ learning community’s concept, key factors, structure characteristics and the theory evidence.Then researching on the physics research group of the high school affiliated to zhejiang normal university, through the investigations on the research group’s activities we found that, with the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the development of teaching team, Teachers learning community development is faced with urgent problems. First, the activities’ form of the teaching and research group is single, and the content is not thorough; Second, lacking of resources sharing platform between teachers; Third, some teachers of the teachers’ learning community is not initiative enough; Fourth, the evaluation mechanism of the teachers’ learning community is not perfect; Fifth, the proportion of young teachers is small.In view of the above problems, the author tries to put forward countermeasures to improve the case teachers’ learning community, expecting to provide the best place for teachers’professional development. Be aimed at the problems of the learning community’s activity form is single and lacking of resources sharing platform, construction of teachers’ communication network platform, give full play to the function of network, rich teaching and research activities, promoting the sharing of resources. Second, by improving the activities security system and the school-based research system of the teaching and research group, construct a perfect teaching and research group management system, ensure the teaching and research activities’ working smoothly and regularly. Third, according to the requirements of the implementation of quality education of the new curriculum, improving teachers evaluation mechanism, giving full play to the function of diagnosis, guidance, encouragement of evaluation. Improving teachers’ enthusiasm, professional quality and raise the level of business. Fourth, to construct a democratic, scientific research, learning, cooperative culture, and promote the benign development of teachers’ learning community.
