In this study, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to the implementation of the educational experiment, and before using questionnaires, interviews and other research method is a method of auxiliary purpose of this study is to explore the school "Thinking" activity curriculum for the training of between students’ innovative quality training and reduce the academic burden on the relationship.This study consists of five parts:the first chapter is mainly through the extensive literature study, elaborated the theoretical basis of burden, quality of innovation literature review, and the quality of training for the burdens and innovation-depth analysis of the organic link. Meanwhile, the clear design of the core concepts of this study, in order to lay the foundation for the conduct of research behind.The second chapter of the "thinking" activity curriculum goals and ideas, curriculum structure and teaching principles and on "learning thinking" courses related research activities were analyzed in this study are described in Professor Hu Weiping under the guidance of Educational Thought carried out in the hope that by improving the students’ thinking and innovative ability of the "thinking" activity curriculum, through mental training, changing teacher’s teaching methods and learning methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning, will reduce the burden of student learning down, will put up its innovative qualities. So that the full implementation of quality education, improve their sense of innovation, cultivating creative talents. Our teaching experiment is unfolding around this idea.The third chapter is designed experiment proposed experimental hypothesis:Over a year after the experiment by tracking, teachers change the traditional teaching methods, breaking the previous classroom teaching mode, focus on improving education student awareness of innovation, the desired result is obtained schoolwork burden significantly alleviated, thus while the experimental group students’ innovative quality has improved significantly. Clear and specific object of study, experimental schools and experimental method, the associated data management and analysis.The fourth chapter is based on data analysis of the previous chapter the conclusions of this chapter for detailed discussion of the results, mainly from the "thinking" activity curriculum for pupils burdens and the impact of innovation and quality of training for teachers and school development depth analysis of the impact.The fifth Chapter is the conclusion of this study, through theoretical analysis, data analysis, this study selected from Shaanxi Normal Primary School subjects in the experimental group of students was340, the control group341, for every two students in the experimental group Week one of the "thinking" activity curriculum active teaching. Draw the following conclusions:(1) After one year follow-up study, the experimental group and the control group in the "thinking" activity curriculum to the next, all pupils’ creative quality factor, there is a significant difference. Experiments show that "thinking" activity curriculum training, the students’ creative quality has been significantly improved, while achieving the desired experimental results.(2) the experimental group of primary school students academic burden, the innovative quality has significantly improved. This shows that the "thinking" activity curriculum positive and open classroom environment, the teacher’s encouragement and support, group work atmosphere for the students’ creative quality has been significantly improved.
