This article is made a special study of high school history compulsory II"Modern Chinese Economic History" section of the textbook writing and teaching.The text is divided into three chapters, introduction and conclusion, plus of five parts. Introduction section including the origin%the definition of the scope of the study, the study of the status quo, meaning and method about the topics. The first chapter:analyze the content of the textbook "Modern Chinese Economic History. By comparing the contents of the four different versions textbooks of the "new curriculum standard" of "Modern Chinese economic history", analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, the use of textbooks recommended.The second chapter:give some writing suggestions on "Modern Chinese Economic History "section. That "Westernization Movement" should occupy an independent position in the secondary school curriculum standards, the latest research results introduced textbooks about the history of the Chamber of Commerce,the end of the Qing Dynasty "New Deal" and the Northern Government economic policies.The third chapter:putting forward some teaching suggestions on "Modern Chinese Economic History ".Thinking that the situational teaching, introducing a new view of history, paying attention to cultivate students’humanistic qualities should be to strengthen the teaching, and the need to strengthen the development of curriculum resources.The conclusion:summarized this article, and future prospects.Through research, we can find four versions of "new curriculum standard" textbook "Modern Chinese Economic History" section have their own strengths, but to varying degrees, there is inadequate. Based on this, revision the "New Standard" textbook is necessary. At the same time, front-line teachers dare to practice, to create some "Modern Chinese Economic History" the classic Lesson, providing a useful reference for the teaching of history in the context of the new curriculum.
