Use Learning Project Classroom Teaching Model To Achieve Development

International Olympiad in Informatics(IOI) is one of the international science olympiads. For a long time, by participating in the Olympics and winning the first prize in province division, the examinee can obtain the qualification to be sent to a college or bonus points. Informatics Olympiad Competition is in full swing, and has achieved greatly, but we have to face another problem. In some schools, Informatics Olympiad has become the most lonely competition. What problems are there in this competition, what can we learn from successful competition training, and how to improve the quality of olympiad training? For these problems, the author, according to the steps by problem finding, problem analysis and problem solving, do the following inquiry:(1) Use the method of questionnaire survey and find the problemsThe author learned the problems existing in the Informatics Olympiad in high school by means of questionnaire survey and literature research:Schools pay little attention to Informatics Olympiad, and teachers and students are overwhelmed. Centralized guidance cannot take much time of students. The teacher’s guidance is nor very effective, due to the shortage of the class hours.(2) Interviewsa and sum up experienceBy the method of interviews, the author found that in order to achieve better training effect, students’self-study ability is particularly important. Whether the self-study ability is strong can decide their advancement, which is determined by the character of the Informatics Olympiad. A lot of knowledge and abilities require students’self digestion, and coachs mainly play a role of guidance, inspiration and resolving doubts. After the students have the self-study ability, olympiad training time virtually become longer, then study effect can be guaranteed.(3) Research literature and explore the training modeBased on all the above factors considered, and through the way of literature research, the author found that pre-school case study guide mode can improve the efficiency of competition training, and achieve better teaching effect. Using cases as teaching carrier can make the teachers’teaching or students’self teaching and students learning united. Using learning case to organize teaching is an inevitable requirement to cultivate students’ability and also an inevitable requirement of today’s social development.(4) Edit the learning case, and sum up the using reflectionThe author tries to expand the class by using the pre-school case(learning case) study guide mode in informatics olympiad training and to finish the teaching work orderly and efficiently with less class hours in informatics olympiad training. The author lets the students earlier access to the content of the class by giving out the learning case before the class. Thus, students can prepare the lesson. These students who have higher self-learning ability can even do some exercises, by which we can stretch the time beyond the class, and increase the width of the olympiad training class.This article begins with finding the problems facing informatics olympiad training class, then analyzes them, and summarizes the experiences of olympiad successful cases. From there, we finally explore a new usage of pre-school case study guide mode in olympiad training, according to the characteristics of the olympiad training. The author hopes to provide some useful advice to all the informatics olympiad coachs.
