Core strength:1. Theformation of sports together. Power in the chain, core muscles has a cumulative effect,finally in at the end of the body to form a resultant force, have a greater role for sports.2. Pass physical strength. To12weeks of corestrength training, the experimental group before and after experiment testing, theindicators for athletes body no difference between the p values were greater than0.05,and before and after the experiment of core strength, core stability and sanda boxing,side kick and heel kick straight punch strength test, concluded that sorts through thedata and analysis.The results showed that1after12weeks of core strength training, changing the bridge stability (flexionand extension) and abdominal close their eyes on one foot balance has increasedsignificantly. Description of core strength training can promote the core strength ofsanda practitioners and the improvement of core stability.2core strength training can enhance sanda practitioners central nervous for musclecontrol, and the core muscles of the body’s ability to control, can carry on theintegration and connection will power, reduce the power loss in the movement process,improve the strength of the use of force.3after test sanda practitioners of fist and leg hit all efforts were significantlydifferent, shows that the core strength training for improving the strike force of sandapractitioner has good auxiliary function. Through the core strength training of sandapractitioner to control the core strength of feeling, can hit a target better integratestrength, will work together smoothly passed to hit points, maximum limit increased thesanda practitioners of the strike.
