In recent years, with the development of China’s history education, especially since the New Curriculum Reform, Curriculum Standards of Senior middle school has been more and more attention in the academia. Start to understand a country’s history of education from the Curriculum Standards, not only be able to clear the country of the basic provisions of the history education, but also be able to grasp the disciplinary education reflects curriculum construction mode.Therefore, to innovate the history education reform scientific, reforming and improving of the history curriculum standards is an important starting point. Absorbing and learning from the experience of other countries is increasing urgent. Also, sublating is necessary. This article takes analysis and comparison of the Ordinary High school History Curriculum Standard (Experiment Manuscript,2003) and the latest Japanese Learning Instruction (2009), plans to help to promote the recommendations of China’s history education reform.This article is mainly composed of three parts:the introduction, the main text and the conclusion. The introduction contains the significance of the topic, research status, innovation and insufficient. The main text is divided four chapters:The first chapter gives an overview of the origin of the Sino-Japanese Senior middle school history curriculum standards and development, including the background, the basic framework of the Sino-Japanese history curriculum standards formed, based on the comparative analysis of the two countries standard of course content requirements. The second chapter is comparative analysis of the Sino-Japanese Senior middle school history course objectives of the curriculum standards, compared to a historical view of the history, knowledge and ability goals, methods, goals, and emotional education goals.The third chapter is comparative analysis between the Senior middle school history curriculum content selection and organization. And their respective characteristics.The fourth chapter is a comparison of the implementation of the bilateral Senior middle school history curriculum. The conclusion of the full text, and put forward some useful proposal to the development of our naition’s Senior middle school history education.In the new era, how to perfect high school history curriculum standards is worthy of further exploration. This article gives some preliminary views by comparison and analysis. In curriculum reform, concerned about the reform of the world, drawing on the results of other states benefits is a major theoretical issues facing education curriculum reform in China.
