That higher vocational colleges carry out practical teaching company model is suitable for the occupational-oriented characteristics of vocational education,for the trends of international vocational education development.In present years,it is more for our country to research the simulating practice of higher vocational education,and it is a little to research company model of practical teaching.Therefore,we have found out that no one studies the practical teaching company model of higher vocational costume major based teacher-student dual status system.This studies' main ideas lie in exploring and analyzing practical teaching company model theory principle,methodology implement and evaluation as well as its developmental trends of the costume major in our country's higher vocational collegesOn the basis of using German "Dual System" theory for reference,this dissertation states the origin content and character of teacher-student dual status system combining with the work course systematization curriculum theory,capacity-based theory,the scene learning theory,the ambidextrous organization theory,and the cooperation education theory.The core concept of teacher-student dual status system lie in that a teacher possesses dual status both an educator and an engineer in practical teaching,and a student possesses dual status both an educatee and employee in the same course.In this system,we come true dual shifting from teaching to learning and from production to management through a teacher and student transforming their roles,complete the transformation from traditional experimental teaching to productive training.In this research,taking the practical teaching company mode of Xingtai Polytechnic College garmenture major as a practical research carrier,the author systemetically studies the designing project of practical teaching company model in higher vocational garmenture major by work-oriented and practical task-carried.Under the clothing industry running mode,the blue print emphasizes in realizing ways to the teacher-student dual status system.Namely,a school and an enterprise together set up productive practical teaching company in school,which a school builds the layout Dept technological Dept productive Dept,marketing Dept,fmancial Dept personnel Dept,and so on in correspondence with garniture industries.Each department is a speciality teaching room.So as to make students to master all necessary comprehensive occupational abilities in every speciality teaching room their teaching tasks are all work contents and tasks in real enterprises running;In out-of-school teaching company model,we stick to the principle of "co-winning and co-operation between school and enterprise".In enterprise,we build practical teaching workshop,or we build mid-organization based training model-part school and part enterprise practical teaching company.In this model,school and enterprise together employ teaching and management staff.In order to complete production tasks and implement real practical teaching,students are led by both school and enterprise.Thus,in-school practical training base with productiveness and out-of-school training base with teaching,we set up the productive line in school and pedagogical one out of school.Meanwhile,the dissertation also points out its disadvantages such as its participating enterprise short of enthusiastics,governmental guarantee without extra-instititution and colleges short of running expenditure.It is suggested that our government invest to breed and develope a set of interspace training agency among vocational colleges and industries,that vocational colleges purchase purchase a part of stocks of enterprises and participate in their running and management.We also can purchase and unite several clothing enterprises close to us to rebuild teaching company.Moreover,we adopt some enterprises to develop curricula,decide teaching plan and teaching aims,in which the college and enterprise both appoint to a managemential position so as to come true deep amalgamation.
