Purpose:This study examined the effects of Adolescent athletes in the long-term exercise training on cardiac structure and function. Explore the relationship between different sports and athletes heart; Further observation middle distance runner in a strong intensity endurance exercise training after cardiac structure, function, and cardiac markers of high-intensity endurance exercise for athletes heart. Method:Adolescent athletes as the object of study, divided into the group of mainly middle-distance athletes in endurance training, the boxer group based Strength training, performanced echocardiography measurement before and after the six-month exercise training, to purpose comparative analysis of structure and function parameter changes;middle distance runner before and after he ndurance training exercise of8km steady running ran and400m x25intermittent ran use of echocardiography, measurement of left ventricular contraction and diastolic function when before exercise, post-4hours, post-24h three phase collected blood samples, analysis of changes in serum skeletal muscle injury markers CK and myocardial injury markers CK-MB, cTnT, NT-proBNP concentration. Results and conclusions:1,Compared with the boxers, adolescent middle distance runner left ventricular morphological parameters differences non-significant, both the heart of the development model is similar and not display the characteristics of a project type;2,Experience of6months of exercise training, middle distance runner left ventricular morphological parameters of LV Mass/BSA, LVIDd/BSA, IVSd/BSA, PWTd/BSA significantly increased, no significant changes in the function parameters; significant increase in the boxing athletes left ventricular morphology parameters of LV mass/BSA, IVSd/BSA, PWTd/BSA only show the increase of The trend function parameters did not change significantly. The speed of development to the of endurance exercise middle distance runner left ventricle hypertrophy, greater than the boxers based power movement;3,After the ndurance training exercise of8km steady running ran and400m x25intermittent ran for4hours, middle distance runner HR significant increase while LVIDd of diastolic function parameters decreased significantly, E peak、peak A、E/A ratio did not change; systolic function parameters LVEDV decreased significantly, LVESV、LVSV downward trend, FS、EF、cardiac output was maintained, Adolescent athletes systolic and diastolic function is a slight decrease, the phenomenon is a physiological aspects;4,After the ndurance training exercise of8km steady running ran and400m x25intermittent ran for4hours, middle distance runner markers of myocardial injury serum cTnT, CK-MB were significantly increased, NT-proBNP did not change; Compared with Post-4h, Post-24h exerciseserum cTnT significant decline back to resting levels.CK-MB、NT-proBNP was no significant difference, this phenomenon of exercise-induced cardiac markers short rise and recovery are physiologic, indicating that the high-intensity endurance training is not enough to young athletes myocardial damage.
