In recent years, as the Internet continues to advance, the fast development of education informationization, lessons in how to optimize the main role of students, how to motivate the students’subjective initiative, make student can bring into full play the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, focus on the cultivation of students’ innovation spirit and practice ability, and training qualified secondary occupation school students become hot issues of concern to each secondary vocational school teachers.According to the actual situation of teaching and the students’learning ability, practical ability investigation and analysis,I based on the secondary occupation education in the new curriculum standards, the research study theory and teaching evaluation mechanism as the guiding theory, based on the development of research-based learning mode under the computer teaching platform, and to write papers. The system is based on the.NET technology development, using three layer architecture of the B/S model, using C#programming language, the application of SQL Server2005database management system design and realization.The computer teaching platform design and development from the classroom teaching practice, classroom teaching is the main part of the design, the following important functional modules:login, assignments, teaching plan and exchange, online Q&A, curriculum resources.This teaching platform is characterized in the actual teaching situations, closely the teaching link, facilitate use, make classroom learning capacity and teaching efficiency has increased substantially, promoted the students’research learning ability. As the system is perfected gradually, the teaching platform can be widely used.
