In recent years, although our education has been advocating quality-oriented education and emphasizing the students for this, yet the teaching should pay attention to the infiltration of methods and the cultivation of ability. But under the pressure of the college entrance examination, the actual teaching of most schools still adopt the traditional teaching modes, such as " The excessive assignments tactic " and "cramming education" instead of giving the classroom back to students, especially in the senior year. During the class, the time which was left for the students’ initiative thinking and summaries of the study were limited. The college entrance exam emphasizes on students learning ability and accomplishment more and more, so the traditional pattern is not suited to the new form and requirements as a consequence of the changing proposition tendency year by year. In view of this, the educator must make some appropriate changes. The author analyses that Huiwen middle school is an ordinary one where the students are from different stages. In order to strengthen the senior students’ self-confidence, develop autonomous learning ability, form good learning habits and improve the efficiency comprehensively, this article attempts to adopt " Learning-plan teaching" in senior high school mathematics.This research adopts the research method of combining literature research and practice, through the consult literature material, questionnaire, interview, observation and result contrast method. After nearly a year of exploration and practice, mathematics teaching in experimental classes forms the virtuous circle and gets different degrees of improvement. Furthermore, the teaching effect and the enthusiasm of teaching and learning a greatly improved, it can really prompted the teaching focus from "teaching" to "learning", make the students become the master Practice has proved,"Learning-plan teaching method" applied in senior mathematics teaching is scientific, full of vitality, workable and successful.
