The Research On Career Planning Education Of High School From Major Choosing Of High School Graduate

The major choosing of high school graduates will have tremendous influenceon the college career, the future employment and even the entire life satisfaction. It isworth paying more attention and doing some studying. From the status of high schoolgraduates major choosing, we will get a glimpse of high school career planningeducation. It is of great significance to provide scientific and effective reference topromote high school career planning education，In order to understand the majorchoosing of high school graduates and high school career planning education，thestudy using questionnaire method, depth interview and practical observation to findthat the major choosing of high school graduates exist some problems, there are fiveaspects: the self understanding is not deep, the major orientation is fuzzy, the selfconsciousness is not strong,the value orientation is bias, the confidence level is nothigher. These issues will bring serious consequences in their future career and collegecareer.The important reason leading to the problems of high school graduates majorchoosing is that: students’ career planning consciousness is not strong and careerplanning ability is not high, these lead directly to the high school career planningeducation. At present, the college career planning education have achieved initialsuccess, but the high school career planning education still have many problems, Itmainly shows that: the career planning goal is not very correct,the system is not verycomplete,the content is not very abundant, the way is not very diverse, teachers andstudents don’t attach great importance and parents and society is not very support.solving these problems need schools, teachers, students, parents and society’s jointeffort, improving awareness of the importance of the career planning education andcombining foreign high school career planning education achievement and experience.Proposing measures from the the target, the system, the content, the way, to make thehigh school career planning education more better.
