In order to probe into the relationship between teacher job satisfaction and turnover intention, this paper investigates the relationship between72male and184female teachers in Hunan Province, north of County Y rural primary and secondary teachers for the study, using the questionnaires, focusing on the relationship between each dimension and turnover intention.In designing job satisfaction questionnaire, the author mainly turns help to the questionnaire prepared by experts and scholars, including Zhang Zhongshan, Chen Yunying, including remuneration packages, the relationship between the work environment, leadership and colleagues, parents and the community support the promotion system five dimensions.Divided into male and female categories in the process of statistical analysis, the authors collected data on teacher satisfaction and turnover intention through regression analysis and correlation analysis, the following four conclusions:At first, male teachers and female there is no significant difference between teachers’ overall job satisfaction. Secondly, there is significant negative correlation between the teachers’ job satisfaction and turnover intention. Thirdly, turnover intention, male teachers is significantly higher than female teachers. Fourth, related terms, job satisfaction and turnover intention correlation of male teachers than female teachers to high.Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the above conclusions, for the cultivation and management of rural primary school teacher, the author puts forward three proposals, to improve the relationship between teachers and school leaders, to improve the treatment of teachers as well as in the community to create a greater atmosphere for the teacher.
