Competition in the 21st century is talent competition. University is the location to cultivate and transport talents. Construction of university teachers is not only related to the competitiveness of the university itself, but also to the national science and technology competitiveness, more related to the country’s overall competitiveness. In recent years, college teachers’turnover is very prominent, and it affects the teaching and research activities carrying out efficiently, affects the cultivation of students’ quality in colleges and the healthy development of higher education.Job satisfaction is an employee’s a cognitive or emotional reaction of his work. It has profound influence for both employees and employers. Turnover intention is refers to the employee how he wants to leave his current employer and tends to find other work intensity. It is considered to be a direct antecedent variables of leaving behavior. A survey of college teachers’ job satisfaction and turnover intention, can effectively understand and control groups of teachers in colleges and universities.This article on job satisfaction survey is establishing under its comprehensive definition and the definition of reference architecture. Herzberg’s two-factor theory as a support, self-designed questionnaire on job satisfaction and mature questionnaire on turnover intention as the carrier, impleting a stratified sampling among Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.The findings show that teachers are satisfied with the overall attitude, turnover intention is not high. But there are differences between the different dimensions of job satisfaction and different groups. The most prominent are salary dimensions and management policy dimension-as two important factors on overall job satisfaction-are in low satisfaction scores. Young teachers are in the lowest job satisfaction level. There is a gap between teachers focusing on key subjects and not key subjects.Meanwhile, based on the survey sample, a preliminary determination that the university teachers’ job satisfaction questionnaire has good reliability and validity. It can be studied as a valid reference for future college teachers’ job satisfaction issues.
