With our country reform process accelerating and the deepening of social transformation, profound changes in social economic structure, interest structure, cultural forms, values and other aspects have taken place. The change of the social objective condition must cause change of the social psychological and the whole ideology of personal emotions, group psychology, and value orientation. Many social problems can not be dealt with leads to the accumulation of bad motion, which will to be the fuse of indirect conflicts of interests. On this background, this paper deeply analyses the group psychological performances, characteristics, reveals the deep reasons behind, impact of indirect conflicts of interests combined the social survey report. On this basis, the research for the strategy of counteracting bad feelings, easing social contradictions and conflicts has important significance in maintaining social stability and promoting the rapid development of economy.According to the study needs, this paper mainly divided into the following five parts. The first part is introduction, which is to mainly introduce the research status at home and abroad, the purpose of research, the selected topic basis, significance, innovation and research methods. The second part is to define the concept on the group psychology in indirect conflicts of interests. The third part is the detailed analyses on the current situation of the group psychology in indirect conflicts of interests the form of the questionnaire report. To summarizes characteristics, attribution, and analyses group psychological conduction mechanism by studying the conflict in the group psychological performance is the premise and foundation of chapter4. The fourth part, the paper expounds the influence of indirect conflict of interests itself and the participants. The fifth part, from the macro and micro perspective, to take measures to eliminate bad group psychology, ease the contradiction and conflict combined with the problems that exist in the reality.
