Study On The Group Psychology And Countermeasure On Indirect Conflicts Of Interests

With our country reform process accelerating and the deepening of social transformation, profound changes in social economic structure, interest structure, cultural forms, values and other aspects have taken place. The change of the social objective condition must cause change of the social psychological and the whole ideology of personal emotions, group psychology, and value orientation. Many social problems can not be dealt with leads to the accumulation of bad motion, which will to be the fuse of indirect conflicts of interests. On this background, this paper deeply analyses the group psychological performances, characteristics, reveals the deep reasons behind, impact of indirect conflicts of interests combined the social survey report. On this basis, the research for the strategy of counteracting bad feelings, easing social contradictions and conflicts has important significance in maintaining social stability and promoting the rapid development of economy.According to the study needs, this paper mainly divided into the following five parts.
