Ideological and moral lesson of middle school students will undertake is theexercise, students create a good quality, help students to establish the responsibility oflofty ideals, the evaluation system should be different from other subjects andpractical evaluation, comprehensive and long-term. But in the actual teaching practice,thought morality class exam evaluation system and other subjects like, all bydetermined, ignoring the scores and the quality is not proportional to the simple truth.With the overall development of basic education in China, compulsory educationembarked on the track of quality education. Junior high ideological and moralcurriculum from the curriculum standard to the textbook, fundamental changes havetaken place. Points out that the new curriculum reform:"the fundamental objectiveevaluation in primary and middle schools is to promote student’s development,development features prominently in evaluation is the core of the reform of thestudent evaluation." Construction of diversified student assessment system, changethe past to assess student test scores as "the only scale" approach, so that theevaluation of the focus shifted to the students in the learning process of emotion, will,attitude to inspire.At present, evaluation of Ideological and moral education to the students, thereare some of the new curriculum reform is not coordinated, advocated by the newcurriculum and student evaluation of the status quo of the concept, content, principlesand methods have some discrepancies. Exploration of the coastal area of Weifang cityin the ideological and moral course in junior high school curriculum reform in thecurrent situation as an example, contact the moral lesson in junior middle schoolstudent evaluation of research and practice, to provide theoretical basis for theevaluation of Ideological and moral education of junior middle school students, thebetter the ideological and moral curriculum reform implementation. Practice hasproved, to carry out ideological and moral teaching and student evaluation for middleschool, provides the reference and application of more, and also is a beneficialsupplement to the comprehensive quality education of middle school students.Evaluation model of innovation lies in the students, teachers, schools and parents intothe evaluation mode, forming an all-round, multi angle, multi-level evaluation system.The first part of this article discusses the reasons of problems, research progressat home and abroad and the purpose and significance of this research. The second part of the student evaluation theory are introduced in this paper. Before third part focuseson the coastal zone of Weifang City, ideological and moral curriculum reform,analysis is carried out for the district teachers and students through questionnaireinvestigation and results, found that the ideological and moral education have manyproblems in students evaluation. The fourth part: the necessity of the reform ofIdeological and moral education of students’ evaluation and the principles to befollowed. The fifth part: focuses on specific exploration, the coastal area of Weifangcity in the evaluation of Ideological and moral education of junior middle schoolstudents in the achievements and the problems should be paid attention to.
