Secondary vocational students are the main labor force and technical talents in the future social development,Their state of ideological and moral quality has directly affected the overall quality level of Chinese people and the process of social civilization.It is also related to the development of political,economic,cultural,social and ecological civilization in China.Therefore,it is important to improve the ideological and moral quality of secondary vocational students to realize the Chinese Dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,due to the influence of society,school,family and other factors,secondary vocational students generally have more problems than other peers such as high school students.Under the background of the new times,the ideological and moral quality of the secondary vocational school students also exposes many new problems,which leads to the parents more and more difficult to educate the secondary vocational students,and it is more and more difficult for the school to manage the secondary vocational students.Therefore,deepening the ideological and moral quality improvement project of secondary vocational school students is not only the urgent need of the vast number of families,but also helps schools to better carry out teaching,cultivate more outstanding talents who serve the socialist modernization construction of our country,at the same time,Also has the positive significance to the secondary vocational school student individual development.At present,secondary vocational schools generally pay more attention to skills than moral education.Most of the moral education departments of secondary vocational schools have not made a serious and objective evaluation of studentsundefined ideological and moral quality.Most of them just flow on the surface,walk,even if there is evaluation,but also a simple written form of knowledge assessment,the content of the investigation monotonous,the form of examination is single.Therefore,the evaluation of secondary vocational ideological and moral quality needs to be improved and promoted.This thesis aims to adopt the developmental evaluation method.Random sampling of 800 students from secondary vocational and technical schools in Xuanen County.Adopt the method of questionnaire,Tracking observation over the course of a school year,The same group of students were tested with the same questionnaire twice at the beginning of the semester and at the end of the semester.Different responses to the same questionnaire by the same person at different stages.So as to establish a scientific and practical evaluation system of ideological and moral quality in order to improve the moral quality of secondary vocational students.
