The development of the country, the revitalization of the Chinese nation, the keypersonnel,based on education. In the key period of view, morality and value of junior highschool students outlook on life, world outlook formation, education function of Ideologicaland moral teachers to play a good ideological and moral education, improve theeffectiveness of classroom teaching. Classroom teaching is the core part of the curriculumreform, and the core part of classroom teaching is teachers’ development. The ideologicaland moralteacher’s idea, quality and ability is very important for the improvement ofeffectiveness of Ideological and moral teaching promotion. However, a part of theideological and moralteachers are lacking in education concept, its quality and teachingability, affect theeffectiveness of the ideological and moral teaching to improve the effect ofthe play, the moral education function of ideological morality.The author as a Junior Ideological and moral teachers,combined with my own teachingpractice and peer teaching, adopt the literature research method, interview method andobservation method, we obtain a status of teacher effectiveness of Ideological and moralteaching factors and first hand information. After thinking and strict analysis, put forwardsome countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and moral teachersclassroom teaching.In addition to the introduction, this paper consists of three parts.The first part is an overview on the effectiveness of the ideological and moral teaching.According to the research about the meaning of the effectiveness of classroom teaching youthe education experts, the author defines the effectiveness of Ideological and moralteaching, teaching in the classroom, teachers to follow the objective law of education andteaching, on the basis of the curriculum standard and teaching content, combined with thestudents, the organization method of the proper choice of teaching methods, teaching,achieve the goal of teaching thought moral education, promote the comprehensivedevelopment of students, educational expectations. The implementation of the curriculumreform, puts forward new requirements to the effectiveness of the ideological and moralteaching. Ideological and moral lesson to be full of ideas, full of ideas and behaviorstandard, full of wisdom, full of respect and caring, full of culture. The author thinks thatthe teachers’ influence the effectiveness of the ideological and moral teaching mainly include teachers, teacher quality and teaching ability etc..The second part is the manifestation and reason about the current moral classroomteaching. Through teaching practice, analysis of the current ideological and moral teachinginefficient performance. And carries on the thorough analysis through the interview andobservation, found that the main causes of the current ideological and moral teachinginefficient teacher education idea lag, teachers’ moral quality, professional quality andteaching ability is deficient.The third part is about doing good ideological and moral teachers, countermeasures toimprove the effectiveness of classroom teaching. The author thinks that the moral teachersshould update the concepts of education, including: course view, teaching view, studentview, cooperation view. Ideological and moral teachers should pay attention to strengthenthe moral quality and professional quality of the theory, including: professional quality,cultural quality, moral quality and psychological quality. The ideological and moral teachersshould improve teaching ability, including: implementation and teaching reflection abilityteaching design ability, teaching ability, teaching management.
