Learning support services is one of the important factors for the success of the modern distance education are important conditions to ensure that students successfully complete their education. Distance learning has been at the separation of State between teachers and students, fully functional network can provide learners with learning support service system more rich learning resources, efficient network environment more attractive to learners’ autonomous learning. So we need to speed up the complete network support service system, providing students with better learning support services, and constantly improve the efficiency of distance and open education teaching quality, school size and running, local radio and TV University national open universities in transition as soon as possible.This paper first through literature research conclusions out of basic level TV University is comprised of learner, e-learning support service system service personnel, services, resources, facilities and services of the four elements. From reading the documentation, access to relevant materials, design methods, such as questionnaires, analysis of theoretical research and materials. Through on investigation data for collection finishing and analysis research, found has TV University network support service work in the exists of problem, such as students independent learning capacity poor, lack independent sexual, and independence, lack self control capacity; teacher lack, teachers service consciousness does not strong, service level to be improve; online resources recognized degrees lower, teaching resources does not too meet students of needs; three level platform utilization low. To propose measures and recommendations to improve e-learning support services, guiding students’ ideas and cultivating autonomous learning ability; strengthening the construction of teachers, improve service level of support; efforts to deepen integration and optimization of resources, enhance the availability of resources; optimize learning, develop more complete network teaching platform.
