In recent years, our country was paid more attention to mental health problems.Mental health in the West as early as in ancient Greece by the concern of many scholarsin the20th century, began to enter the System. Received wide attention in the Westernmental health problems, mental health in the world there are still serious problems. Withthe continuous deepening of the socialist political and economic reform in China, thetraditional political, economic, cultural change, rapid economic development, socialincreasing competition, lead to people’s mental health problems is increasing. Amongthem, the Chinese women’s mental health problems are more serious and should bewidespread concern in society. Although varying degrees of differences between theindividual women, but in considering the influencing factors of the women’s overallmental health, you need to identify universal factors.In this paper, based on the analysis of the Mental Health of Jilin Province Women,the use of multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the Chinese women’s mentalhealth and its influencing factors, what factors affect the mental health of women, menand women mental health effects factor is whether there are differences. Studies haveshown that marriage and family, working and living environment, job satisfaction andurban-rural structure on the mental health of men and women differ, women’s mentalhealth impact of marriage and family than men, and job satisfaction of male mental healththan females, urban women mental health of the worst. Problems for women’s mentalhealth and its influencing factors, starting from the community to support the theoreticalperspective, to improve the social support system, and then solve the problems ofwomen’s psychological health, improve the level of women’s psychological health.
