| As a graduate is one of the emphasis training targets in China’s talent development strategies, theyare the reserve army of China’s scientific and technological innovation talent, and to enhancetheirs technological capability is the key points about China’s research level in the future. Alongwith the degree of emphasis on teaching quality improvement, major universities to strengthentraining methods’ innovation for the postgraduate, and making it presents a trend ofdiversification, of which the training method about research group or project group team gainingteachers and students’ pro-gaze. The atmosphere among the team members will affect teammembers’ behavior, psychological, and further affect the ability of graduate research training andformation. Therefore, to study the relationship among team atmosphere, team psychologicalsafety and postgraduate research capacity has a very important practical significance.This paper focuses on literature about team atmosphere, team psychological safety, graduateresearch capacity, from literature mining the relationship between these variables and makeassumptions. At the same time, prepared a measurement scale of each variable on the basic ofprevious studies, this study will divide team atmosphere into team trust, team support, teamidentity three levels. According to different subjects, each team atmosphere level is divided intosix dimensions, which is tutor support for students, instructors recognized by students, studentmentors trust student tutor support, mutual support between students, between students andmutual trust. Team psychological safety and postgraduate research capacity used the literature ofclassical scales which been used in the past literature, tested various scales have good reliabilityand validity. Through issuing questionnaires, collecting data and statistical analysis, and usingSpss and Amos software for data processing to validate the model and assumptions.Through the above research work, this paper mainly resulted the following conclusions:university research team atmosphere is a multi-faceted multi-dimensional concept; teamatmosphere has a positive influence on postgraduate research capacity; Team psychologicalsafety plays an intermediary role between team atmosphere and graduate research ability, but notall dimensions about the team atmosphere are subject to the intermediary role of teampsychological safety; team psychological safety has a positive influence on postgraduate researchcapacity; View from the path coefficients, mutual support between students has greatest positiveinfluence on postgraduate research capacity. |
