For a long time, the traditional, closed the old university education in the country’sneglect of Moral Education in University Students’ Creativity, a serious impediment to theharmonious development of the personality of students. In the21st century, with the progressof human society, the whole world has undergone tremendous changes, politicalmulti-polarization and economic globalization, cultural diversity, etc., direct impact on thework of moral education, so that students become increasingly ideological complex, thestudent’s personality development trend of more and more intense, personalized developmenthas become the contemporary college students self-fulfilling basic requirements. Currently, Iput forward the party’s core scientific concept of development is people-oriented, specific tothe university administration, is in the process of moral adhere to the student-oriented, so thatstudents can be personalized to play better development. Thus, the students personality traitsand more attention, personality development has gradually become the core content of MoralThought, which is also under the new situation fully implement the Party’s education policy ofimportant initiatives. As Moral workers must advance with the times, thinking seriously studyhow to better adapt to the current international and domestic situation of the new changes, tounderstand current moral education defects and shortcomings, the personality characteristicsof contemporary college students, to take effective measures to strengthen college studentspersonality development.This article uses philosophy, and pedagogy, and psychology, more discipline cross oftheory and method, system research moral depending on students personalized developmentof theory and practice problem, aimed at start, promote education thought and educationconcept of changes and update, put students personality development into college moral ofdepending on domain, and make college training out more with main sexual, and creative, andindependent personality, and full development of innovation talent.This article focus on thecombination of theoretical and practical problems, primarily from the following sections out.First part is explanation on theory of moral education from the perspective of individualstudents. Personalized, mainly refers to the individuals who often appeared, stability for their psychological features and mental Outlook. Personalized has the features of stability, diversity,plasticity and integral. Summarizes the role of personalized, and personalized is easier tocultivate independent personality, conducive to the human spirit of initiative, creativity,personalization, and so on. Cultivation of college students ’ individualized is not only meetsthe requirements of the reform of higher education in colleges and universities but alsocontributes to promoting the education and transformation of educational concepts andupdates. It helps full and free, harmonious development of college students ’ personality, andit is conducive to the all-round development of college students to become creative talent.Part II addresses the basis of cultivation of college students ’ personality. Focus ondisciplines, from philosophy, pedagogy, psychology perspective of theoretical basis ofcultivation of college students ’ personality; from the times, the needs of social and personaldevelopment commented on the realistic basis of the cultivation of college students ’personality. This provides this in-depth study provides a sound theoretical and realistic basis.Currently we are in the era of knowledge economy, social transition, in moral education incolleges and universities responded to the party’s rallying call for building a harmonioussociety, people-oriented, cultivate creative talents, creativity, high quality, and promote theall-round development of college students.Thirdly, problems and reasons of the cultivation of college students ’ personality. And we believe that these problems are mainlyaffected by education system is not yet sound, traditional concept of holism, mechanicalsingle evaluation mechanisms, methods and means of moral education effect of old single.Part IV, of moral education from the perspective of strengthening college students ’personal development to implement the strategy.Adaptation contemporary studentspersonalized development of requirements, we should insist personalized development ofeducation concept and people of principles, respect individual of differences, insistdevelopment personalized of moral concept and to students for this of concept.we shouldenhance conducive to students personalized development of education content, introduce moral content reform, constantly improve students moral of pointed and effectivenesssexual,reference abroad advanced of training students personalized of experience andsummary of cultivating college students ’ personal experiences with Chinese characteristics.We can establish and improve the individualized development of evaluation mechanismestablished student-oriented moral education evaluation standards, and innovate evaluationmethod in favour of individualized development. We should take actively actions to explorethe development of personalized approach to education, enriching students’ moral educationcarrier, bring good personal moral advantage into full play.Focus on the cultivation of college students ’ personality has been included in theperspective of moral education in colleges and universities. As moral educators in collegesand universities, we should create conditions to cultivate the student’s temperament, to themultifaceted, to train students ’ creative spirit and independent personality, to improvestudent’s virtue. Thereby we can bring up the harmonious physical and mental development ofcollege students into qualified personnel in the new century.
