Junior high school underachiever problems are very common issues arising in today’ssecondary education, which is very sensitive, but we have to face, to resolve. The premise ofEducation is respect for the students, to pay attention to each student. We strive to enhance thelevel of education, while the majority of students in addition to improving the quality ofeducation, we must also focus on "losers" in this special population, giving them care andhelp, not a student left behind.Paper uses literature, questionnaires, case studies, Jinhua junior high schoolunderachievers into exploration of a case, for junior high school students backwardproduction to investigate the cause, for a typical junior high school underachiever to track thegrowth of research, which are effective for middle underachiever provides a lot of materialtransformation.Part I: Introduction. This paper describes the origin of the topic, the study’s theoretical andpractical significance, summary up the current situation as well as high school underachievedstudents abroad for studies related to introduction this paper,literature,questionnaire surveyand case study approach.This paper is divided into five parts:Part II: Introduction to the substance of the underachiever and the main types. Juniorunderachiever backward into a learning type,backward behavior, learning and moral behaviorare less advanced students.Part III: describes the theoretical basis of junior high school underachievers. IncludingGardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, existential education ideas and ecology, ashereinafter Jinhua secondary causes backward production and transformation of raw strategyto prepare.Part IV: The cause analysis of JinHua high school underachievers problems. Includingthe student’s own internal reasons of improper upbringing, school education is not in place,the overall quality of teachers and low impact on the causes and reasons for the social environment.Part V: The specific strategies to Jinhua junior high school underachievers. For juniorbackward specific issues, the causes of specific strategies junior underachiever, such as createa rich learning environment at school, the teachers combined irregularities and ideologicaleducation,to improve parents’ own quality in the family, etc., from all levels for the effectiveconversion of all-round effort to change underachievers.
